    06Perfluoro

    Perfluoro

Chemically, it is made from perfluorocarbon rubber, a terpolymer of TETRAFLUOROETHLENE (TFE), PERFLUOROMETHYL VINYLETHER (PMVE), and a small amount of perfluorinated monomers with crosslinking points. As a result, vulcanized rubber has no hydrogen atoms in its molecule.

Because there is no hydrogen atom, heat resistance and chemical resistance increase rapidly compared to FKM rubber.

Generally speaking, it combines the thermal stability and chemical resistance of POLY TETRA FLUORO ETHYLENE (PTFE) resin with rebounding elasticity and sealing power of rubber.
