    Physical Properties

    FFKM is a perfluoroelastomer that contains more fluorine than general fluoroelastomer.
    FFKM is resistant to higher temperatures and various chemicals and can withstand long periods of time even in the presence of plasma. In particular, perfluoroelastomers of a specific grade can be used continuously at up to 327℃, and based on these characteristics, they are used in various industries that require sealing, such as semiconductors and petrochemicals.

    NANOPURE® M208

    For Semiconductor CVD Applications

    NANOPURE® M208 is an ultra-pure perfluoroelastomer developed as a high-performance material for use in harsh processes in the semiconductor and display industries.

    NANOPURE® M208 is designed to minimize problems caused by particle generation with a low etch rate in highly corrosive environments caused by plasma. It also offers excellent thermal properties and physical strength, making it suitable for both static and dynamic processes. NANOPURE® M208 can be used up to 310℃.
