A SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE (SEM) is
a type of electron microscope that detects secondary electrons generated by colliding high-energy electrons on the surface of a sample to take an enlarged image.
ENERGY-DISPERSIVE X-RAY SPECTROSCOPY (EDS) is
a technique used to analyze the components or chemical characteristics of a sample.
By detecting the X-rays emitted by the interaction between the sample surface and the electron beam, chemical components each having a unique energy value are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.

TGA(THERMOGRAVIMETRIC ANALYSER) is
an analysis equipment that measures the change in weight caused by heating the sample.
Based on the weight change data according to the finally obtained temperature change, the thermal stability of the sample or the content of polymer and carbon black can be measured.
1) Applications
MOVING DIE RHEOMETER(MDR) is
used to analyze the curing characteristics of rubber compounds.
The torque value applied to the rubber compound at a specific temperature is measured, and the curing characteristics of the rubber can be identified according to the torque value.
MOONEY VISCOMETER is
used to check the MOONEY VISCOSITY of rubber.
This equipment, invented by MELVIN MOONEY, digitizes the torque value measured at this time by wrapping the spindle with a rubber sample and rotating the spindle at a specific temperature.
